WEDDING DAY COORDINATION
starting at $2,000
Custom quote provided following initial consultation. Price is dependent upon event size, number of assistant(s) needed and various other factors.
Our packages are designed to offer you full support leading up to and on your big day, while you will maintain control of your design plan and vendor team.
We offer two package options, BOTH of which include:

Access to preferred vendor list

Unlimited email communication

Pre-wedding planning meeting (on-site at venue when possible)

Creation of wedding day timeline

Creation of event site map

Serving as point of contact for all vendors

Rehearsal coordination

Set-up of ceremony and reception details

Ensuring the day flows seamlessly and timeline is adhered to

Clean up of personal belongings at conclusion of event (*12-hour package only)
THE 9-HOUR PACKAGE
$2,000 and up
The 9-Hour Package allows for your coordinator to be present from set-up through all major reception components, departing at open dance floor. This package is a good choice for you if:

Your venue does NOT require a coordinator.

You do NOT need us to pack up your personal belongings at the end of the reception.

You have other vendors to ensure that clean-up is completed (catering or venue staff).

Your wedding will be held at a location that allows for clean-up the following day, and you don’t mind asking friends and family to assist with this.
THE 12-HOUR PACKAGE
$2,500 and up
The 12-Hour Package allows for your coordinator to be present for the entire event, from set-up through the end of the reception. This package is a good choice for you if:

Your venue REQUIRES a coordinator (these venues will require that we stay on site until the reception ends).

You need someone to pack up your personal belongings such as decor items, gifts, extra supplies, etc.

You want your coordinator to be present to provide support for the entire event.

Your venue needs to be COMPLETELY VACATED on the night of the wedding.
TRAVEL FEES
We travel throughout Northern California and beyond! Events greater than 50 miles from our office in Sacramento are subject to a mileage fee of $1 per mile. Depending on travel time, the cost of overnight accommodations may also be added.
